4. Vitamin E

Vitamins E is also fat-soluble. Vitamin E acts as an antioxidant in the body and protects blood cells and fatty acids from being destroyed. Vitamin E deficiency can cause nerve and muscle damage that results in muscle weakness and vision problems. Women need 15 micrograms of vitamin E.

Good sources of vitamin E: almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds, avocado.
