11. Toaster Pastries
Most toaster pastries consist of ingredients such as white flour, brown sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and soybean oil, none of which is anywhere near healthy. Excessive carbohydrate intake in the morning can also make you sleepy at work or overeat at the next meal.
