13. IHOP
Like Denny's, takeout and delivery are not enough to save some IHOP locations during the pandemic. A primary IHOP concessionaire in the southeast has filed for bankruptcy and closed nearly 50 restaurants. The chain also plans to close about 100 underperforming stores.
