12. Chocolate Shake
McDonald's chocolate shakes are a fine way to beat the heat but not the perfect ones to satisfy that sweet tooth. This one is not super chocolatey as they add chocolate syrup, instead actual chocolate, to the mix. Although the whipped cream does score a point for this treat, it is still far from being the best shake you'll ever have.
