15. Hula Burger
In 1962, McDonald's introduced the Hula Burger, which was a pineapple slice and two pieces of cheese on a toasted bun, as a meat-free sandwich option for the Catholics during Lent. But it turned out that putting pineapple in between burger buns was just unacceptable for the customers back then. Hula Burger was a huge disaster and was quickly removed from the menu.
