11. Skim Milk

The calcium in milk may be great for bone strength, but some studies have found a link between high calcium intake and the development of prostate cancer, so it's wise to keep your daily milk intake on a moderate level. But in the case of skim milk, fat-soluble vitamins are often removed during the skimming processing. The lack of fat-soluble vitamins can affect your overall immune system, leaving you more vulnerable to diseases.
