1. Cutting meat right off the stove
When your steak is cooked, give it a little time to breathe before digging in. When a steak is exposed to heat, the liquid within collects toward the center. However, if you let your steak sit for a few minutes after removing it from the hot pan, the liquid will redistribute and reabsorb throughout the steak. This will keep the moisture in your meat and leave you with a juicy steak instead of a rubbery one.
