7. Low-Fat Yogurt

Yogurt is recognized to be incredibly healthy, but some of the yogurts labeled as low-fat can still cheat you. They may be trustworthy in the low-in-fat part but usually loaded with sugar or other artificial ingredients to compensate for the flavor that fat provides. Additionally, many yogurts don't have probiotic bacteria as alleged, as they're already killed during the pasteurizing process, which is usually required. Therefore, the only way to profit from the bacteria is to make your own yogurt at home.
