Coronavirus is a highly contagious virus mainly spread via respiratory droplets, such as coughs and sneezes. It can present in the human body asymptomatically for about 14 days. On the other hand, wearing a face mask is a major way to reduce the transmission of coronavirus. This article examines the effectiveness of three different types of face masks for coronavirus protection based on a study conducted by Wake Forest Baptist Health (newsroom.wakehealth.edu/News-Releases/2020/04/Testing-Shows-Type-of-Cloth-Used-in-Homemade-Masks-Makes-a-Difference).
