How to cut back on coffee?
It's never easy for a coffee lover to cut back on caffeine. Rome wasn't built in a day and a person trying to change his/her caffeine habits has to take it slow and try the below-listed tips.
1. Give decaffeinated coffee a try. It looks and tastes the same as the original coffee and is much more beneficial for your health.
2. Allow his/her body to prepare itself to absorb lower levels of caffeine by drinking fewer cups of coffee every day. For example, instead of consuming 8 cups in a day, lower the count to 7 cups, then 6 cups the next day and so on.
