Tooth Erosion
According to the American Dental Association (ADA), the acidity in lemon juice is highly rusty to dental enamel. It makes your teeth extra sensitive to hot or cold foods, even worse than soda, sports drinks, or orange juice. Use a straw when drinking lemon water next time.
