Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Texas Pecan of Dallas, Texas, has recalled certain 1 lb and 8 oz packaged nuts and mixes because they may contain undeclared allergens, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions for consumers with allergies to tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, sesame, or wheat. Consumers who have these products should stop using them immediately and do not eat them.
The recall covers clear poly bags with the Texas Pecan label in 1 lb and 8 oz sizes bearing lot code(s) on the bottom left corner ranging from 23200–23265 and 24001–24079. Affected items have been sold online at www.texaspecanco.com and at select U.S. retail locations and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025. Product varieties manufactured under the listed lot code(s) include many single‑nut and mixed‑nut SKUs (almonds, brazils, cashews, filberts, macadamias, peanuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, walnuts) as well as trail mixes and coated nut products; consumers should check packaging lot codes and product names before consuming.
Consumers with the affected products may either dispose of them or return them to Texas Pecan for a full refund or replacement; do not donate or redistribute recalled items.
