DaVinci Laboratories Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Shellfish Allergen in Amyloid Complete Product Lot 549853001

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — DaVinci Laboratories, a division of FoodScience, LLC of Williston, Vermont, has recalled Amyloid Complete dietary supplement after finding the product may contain undeclared shellfish (shrimp and crab), posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reaction to consumers with shellfish allergy or severe sensitivity; consumers should stop using the product immediately and should not eat it. The company identified the issue following a customer complaint and says no illnesses have been reported to date.

The recall covers Amyloid Complete capsules sold in white plastic bottles marked with lot code(s) 549853001 and an expiration date of 01/25 on the label; the capsules are tan in color. The product has been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including through e‑commerce platforms (for example, iHerb.com and Fullscript.com) and by direct delivery, and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025.

Consumers who purchased the affected lot are advised to stop using the product and either dispose of it safely or return it for a refund or replacement; to arrange return and replacement, contact DaVinci Laboratories at 1‑800‑325‑1776, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, or email [email protected].
