Savannah Bee Company Recalls Honey BBQ Sauce-Mustard Due to Undeclared Wheat and Soy

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Savannah Bee Company has recalled Honey BBQ Sauce‑Mustard, 16 fl oz, lot code(s) B1L1360525, because the product is mislabeled and may contain undeclared wheat and soy. Consumers with allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat or soy should stop using the product immediately and not eat it, as ingestion could cause serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The affected item is sold in clear glass bottles with an orange Honey BBQ Sauce‑Mustard label and the lot code and best‑before date etched on the bottle neck; the best‑before date associated with the lot is 05/16/27 and the UPC is 8 50033 93758 9. These products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and were shipped nationwide to distribution centers, retail stores and consumers between July 30, 2025, and Feb. 26, 2026. The company says the lot may actually contain Honey BBQ Sauce‑Sweet, which includes wheat and soy in its ingredient statement.

Consumers who purchased jars labeled Honey BBQ Sauce‑Mustard with lot code B1L1360525 should dispose of the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund and may request a replacement if desired.
