Jamestown, N.Y., Jan. 14, 2026 — Borsari Food Co. has issued a recall of its Bloody Mary Mix because the product contains undeclared allergens — fish (anchovy) and soy — that pose a risk of a serious or life‑threatening allergic reaction. Consumers who are allergic or highly sensitive to fish or soy should stop using the product immediately and should not consume it.
The recalled item is sold in clear 32 oz. plastic bottles with a black label bearing the Borsari brand and “Bloody Mary Mix” in large block letters; UPC 815893000101. Lot code(s): all lots of Bloody Mary Mix. The product has been sold online and at select U.S. retailers within approximately 100 miles of Jamestown, N.Y., and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025. The issue was discovered during a New York State Department of Agriculture inspection; no illnesses have been reported to date.
Consumers who purchased the product should dispose of it or return it to the place of purchase for a refund or request a replacement by providing proof of purchase; current inventory and future production will include full ingredient labeling.
