Recall Details
Raleigh, N.C., Feb. 26, 2026 — Go Raw LLC has expanded a voluntary recall to include select Quest Cat Food Chicken Recipe frozen products because they may contain potentially low levels of thiamine (vitamin B1), a nutrient essential for cats. Consumers should stop feeding the recalled products immediately and consult a veterinarian if their cat shows symptoms such as decreased appetite, vomiting, salivation, weight loss, or any neurological signs including wobbliness, vision changes, circling, or seizures.
The expanded recall covers Quest Cat Food Chicken Recipe Frozen Diet in 2 lb. beige zip-lock bags with UPC 6-91730-17104-9 and printed lot code(s) MCD25350 (Best Buy date 6/16/2027) and MCC25321 (Best Buy date 5/17/2027). These frozen products have been distributed nationwide through online channels and at select U.S. retailers and have been sold since May 17, 2025; retailers have been instructed to remove affected inventory from shelves and the company is temporarily halting sales of all Quest products while it addresses thiamine content.
Consumers who purchased the affected lots should stop use and return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or replacement; if returning is not possible, dispose of the product following local waste guidelines. For questions, to request a refund or replacement, or for further guidance, contact Go Raw LLC at [email protected] or call 801-432-7478 (M–F, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. MST). If your cat is ill, contact your veterinarian immediately; if you need additional details not provided here, please consult the company’s recall notice or the place of purchase.
