Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Aji Mori Sauce Corp., doing business as Sushi Koo of Los Angeles, has voluntarily recalled its CHILLIMAMI SAUCE because the product was manufactured and distributed without California Department of Public Health Cannery Program oversight, creating a risk of contamination with Clostridium botulinum; consumers should stop using the product immediately and do not eat it. The recalled CHILLIMAMI SAUCE is sold in clear plastic bottles with a nozzle and black label, 250 ml net weight, with an October 1, 2024 expiration date; lot code(s): not provided by the company.
