Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Lidl US has recalled all lots of Favorina Chocolate Ladybugs - German-Style Nougat 3.52 oz (UPC 20304492) because the product contains undeclared hazelnuts, posing a serious risk of life‑threatening allergic reactions to consumers with tree‑nut allergies. Consumers who have purchased this product should not eat it and should stop using it immediately.

The affected product lot code(s) cover all lots of Favorina Chocolate Ladybugs - German-Style Nougat 3.52 oz (UPC 20304492). The product has been sold since Jan. 28, 2026, and was distributed online and at select U.S. retailers, including all Lidl US store locations in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia between Jan. 28, 2026, and March 11, 2026.
