Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — HH Fresh Trading of Los Angeles has recalled 120 cases of HH Fresh Trading Enoki Mushroom 150g because the product has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a pathogen that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems. Consumers who have purchased this product should stop using it immediately and either dispose of it or return it to the place of purchase; do not eat.
The recalled product is sold in a 150g plastic bag under the HH Fresh Trading brand and is identified by lot code(s): 4711498860002. The affected batch was sold to Texas on Feb. 23, 2026, and subsequently redistributed to Florida; the company reports the product has been sold since Feb. 23, 2026 online and at select U.S. retailers and wholesalers in Texas and Florida. No illnesses have been reported to date. The recall was initiated after the Florida Health Department laboratory tested samples collected Apr. 20, 2026, and reported positive results for Listeria monocytogenes on Apr. 28, 2026; the company was notified by the FDA on May 11, 2026.
