Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Dessert Holdings LLC has recalled Target brand Favorite Day™ Gourmet New York Style Cheesecake 6 oz/2 ct because the product is mislabeled and contains undeclared pecans, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions to people with pecan allergies. Consumers who have purchased this product should stop using it immediately and not eat it.

The affected product is identified as Favorite Day™ Gourmet New York Style Cheesecake 6 oz/2 ct with lot code(s) 25028A1 000039133 and UPC 0 85239 09690 1. These units have been sold since Feb. 14, 2025 and were distributed online and at select U.S. retailers, including Target distribution centers serving CA, FL, IA, OH and TX; they were sold in Target stores between Feb. 14, 2025 and March 7, 2025 in clear plastic clam‑shell packaging with the lot code printed on the side of the lid. The firm received a customer complaint on March 14, 2025 and has corrected the issue; no other lots or manufacturing dates are impacted and no illnesses have been reported to date.
