  • Reason: Potential Peanut Contamination

Raleigh, N.C., May 12, 2026 — Fly By Jing has voluntarily recalled specific lots of Fly By Jing Creamy Sesame Noodles (single pack and 4-pack) because the products may have been exposed to peanuts, posing a serious or life‑threatening allergic risk to people with peanut allergies; consumers with peanut allergies should not eat these products and should stop using them immediately. The company says peanuts are not an intended ingredient and that cross‑contact likely occurred at a third‑party facility that processes peanuts.

The recalled items can be identified by Best By (BB) dates printed on the back or bottom of the packaging. Recalled product names and lot code(s)/identifiers include: Fly By Jing Creamy Sesame Noodles (Single) UPC 8‑50052‑23988‑6 with BB 10/15/2026, BB 12/6/2026 and BB 3/23/2027; and Fly By Jing Creamy Sesame Noodles (4‑pack) UPC 8‑50052‑23991‑6 with BB 10/15/2026, BB 12/6/2026 and BB 3/23/2027. The affected products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including Whole Foods Market and Thrive Market, and at FlyByJing.com, and have been sold since Feb. 1, 2026 through May 8, 2026.

Fly By Jing has ceased distribution, notified retail partners, placed remaining inventory on hold and implemented strengthened allergen‑control measures with the manufacturer. Consumers with the recalled products are urged to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or to contact Fly By Jing to request a refund or replacement; for questions email [email protected]. Additional recall information is available from the company and will be posted with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration; consumers should check the retail receipt or product packaging for the Best By date if unsure.
