Endico Potatoes Inc. Recalls 2.5lb Bags of Frozen “Peas And Carrots” and “Mixed Vegetables” Because of Possible Health Risk

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Endico Potatoes of Mount Vernon, N.Y., has recalled Endico brand Peas and Carrots and Mixed Vegetables because the products have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, elderly or frail people, pregnant women and others with weakened immune systems. Consumers are urged to stop using the affected products immediately and not eat them.

The recalled items are frozen 2.5 lb clear plastic bags labeled Endico with the following lot code(s): Peas and Carrots, lot 110625 (production date 6/11/25, use‑by date 6/10/27); Mixed Vegetables, lot 170625 (production date 6/17/25, use‑by date 6/16/27). The products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and distributed through local distributors in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Florida; they have been sold since July 18, 2025, through August 4, 2025.
