Raleigh, N.C., June 1, 2026 — DE DIOS’S ICE POPS II LLC has recalled its 3.7 oz. D’DIOSES FRUIT POPS popsicles because they may contain undeclared milk, Yellow #5, Red #40, pecans and pistachios, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions; consumers who are allergic or highly sensitive should stop using the products immediately and do not eat them. The company says no illnesses have been reported to date.
The recall covers all affected flavors produced before the implementation of updated allergen‑control procedures (produced prior to April 27, 2026), including Coco, Fresa con Leche, Arroz con Leche, Mamey, Guayaba, Vainilla, Rompope, Nuez, Pistachio, Cookies and Cream, Piña Colada, Limón, Grocella, Mango, Tamarindo and Nanche; lot code(s): all lots produced before April 27, 2026. The products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025 (consumers should check packaging and purchase records for dates and lot codes).
Consumers should return affected popsicles to the place of purchase for a full refund or dispose of them safely if a return is not possible; do not donate or consume.
