Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 10, 2025 — Lifestyle Evolution Inc. has recalled select NuGo Dark Chocolate Chip and NuGo Dark Chocolate Pretzel nutrition bars because they may contain undeclared milk, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions for people with milk allergies or severe sensitivities; consumers should stop using the affected products immediately and do not eat them.

The recall covers NuGo Dark Chocolate Chip (item number 52101) and NuGo Dark Chocolate Pretzel w Sea Salt (item number 52901), as well as assorted NuGo Dark multipacks; the recalled lot code(s) and Best By dates include: Dark Chocolate Chip manufacturing codes C24234B, C24235A, C24235B, C24236A with Best By dates 12/21/2025–12/23/2025; Dark Chocolate Pretzel manufacturing code B24227B with Best By date 12/14/2025; and multipack codes B24235A, B24235B, B24236B, C24236A with Best By dates 12/22/2025–12/23/2025. The products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers nationwide, including through third‑party sellers since Dec. 2, 2024.
