Recall Details
Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Food To Live of Brooklyn, N.Y., has recalled its packaged Organic Moringa Leaf Powder and Organic Supergreens Powder Mix because certain lots may be contaminated with Salmonella. The company says the contamination poses a risk of serious illness, particularly to young children, the elderly and those with weakened immune systems. Consumers who have the affected products should not eat them and should stop using them immediately.
The recall applies only to packages with lot code(s) beginning with “SO-69006” and ending with “SO-72558,” printed on the back of the bag. Affected products include Organic Moringa Leaf Powder in 8-ounce, 1-, 2-, 4-, 8-, 16- and 44-pound bags and Organic Supergreens Powder Mix in 8-ounce, 1-, 1.5-, 3-, 6- and 12-pound bags. These items have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including direct sales from Food To Live’s website and through third-party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target, Etsy and eBay, and have been distributed since Sept. 15, 2025; bulk quantities from the contaminated lot were also sold to food manufacturers and other businesses through the company’s wholesale division.
Consumers who purchased affected products should dispose of them immediately or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund; online purchasers may contact Food To Live to request a refund or replacement. For assistance, contact Food To Live at (718) 717-1029, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, or email [email protected]. If you are unsure whether your product is included, check the lot code on the bag and consult the retailer or the company for guidance; consumers experiencing symptoms consistent with Salmonella infection should seek medical attention.
