Food Business Karison Foods & Snacks Inc Recalls ‘PANJIRI’, ‘ALSI PINNI’, ‘PUNJABI PINNI’, ‘BESAN LADDOO’, and ‘NO SUGAR ADDED BESAN LADDOO’ Due to Undeclared Milk Allergen

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Karison Foods & Snacks Inc. of Port Washington, N.Y., has recalled 12 oz containers of PANJIRI, ALSI PINNI, PUNJABI PINNI, BESAN LADDOO and NO SUGAR ADDED BESAN LADDOO because the products contain undeclared milk, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions to consumers with milk allergies or severe sensitivities; consumers should stop using these products immediately and not eat them.

The recalled products bear the following lot code(s) and UPCs: PANJIRI (lot code(s) and UPC 897307002437), ALSI PINNI (lot code(s) and UPC 897307002512), PUNJABI PINNI (lot code(s) and UPC 897307002154), BESAN LADDOO (lot code(s) and UPC 897307002406) and NO SUGAR ADDED BESAN LADDOO (lot code(s) and UPC 897307002215) with an expiration date of Aug. 29, 2026. They have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers in New York, New Jersey and Virginia and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025.

Consumers who purchased these products should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund or dispose of them safely; do not feed items to anyone with a milk allergy.
