Recall Details
Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Demers Food Group has recalled select Scott & Jon’s Shrimp Scampi with Linguini because the product may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, posing a serious health risk to pregnant women, the elderly, infants and people with weakened immune systems. Consumers are advised not to eat the affected product and should stop using it immediately; anyone who is ill after consuming the product should seek medical attention.
The recall applies only to Scott & Jon’s Shrimp Scampi with Linguini with lot code(s) S254522, S255522, S259522, S263521 and S263522 (9.6 oz; UPC 858175003919; GTIN 10858175003916) and best-if-used-by dates in March 2027. The products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers and were distributed nationally to wholesale distributors and operators with sales occurring since Sept. 15, 2025. No other Scott & Jon’s products are included in this recall.
Consumers should dispose of the recalled product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund and should thoroughly clean and sanitize any surfaces or containers that may have contacted the product to prevent cross-contamination.
