Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Real Kosher Ice Cream of Brooklyn has recalled all varieties of its Soft Serve On The Go 8 fl oz. ice cream and sorbet cups because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a bacterium that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems. Consumers are advised to stop using and not eat the product immediately; those who have symptoms consistent with listeriosis should seek medical attention.
The recalled items include all flavors of Soft Serve On The Go cups with the following UPCs: Vanilla Chocolate (UPC 0-91404-15129-0), Razzle (UPC 0-91404-15133-7), Caramel (UPC 0-91404-15131-3), Parve Vanilla Chocolate (UPC 0-91404-15113-9), Sorbet Strawberry Mango (UPC 0-91404-15128-3) and Soft Serve Lite Peanut Butter (UPC 0-91404-15285-3); the product bears no lot code(s) or best-by date. Product produced up to Aug. 4, 2023, have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including canteens, grocery and convenience stores in CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, VA and WV.
Consumers should dispose of the product or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or request a replacement, and are urged to keep packaging or UPC information if available.
