Twin Marquis LLC Voluntarily Recalls Twin Marquis® Thick Shanghai Style Plain Noodle Packages Due to Undeclared Egg

Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Twin Marquis LLC has recalled one production date of 16 oz. Twin Marquis® Thick Shanghai Style Plain Noodle due to the possible presence of undeclared egg, which can cause serious or life‑threatening allergic reactions in people with egg allergies; consumers who have these packages should stop using them immediately and not eat the product. The company is conducting the voluntary recall after discovering that some individually wrapped Shanghai Style Plain Noodle packages may contain Lo Mein noodles made with egg despite the ingredient statement not listing egg. No illnesses have been reported to date.

The recalled product is 16 oz. Twin Marquis® Thick Shanghai Style Plain Noodle with lot code(s) “05520” and UPC 760941103016 stamped on the back of the package; it was produced on May 20, 2025. These packages have been sold online and at select U.S. ethnic retailers nationwide and have been sold since May 20, 2025.
