Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Total Nutrition Inc. of Deer Park, N.Y., has voluntarily expanded a recall of TNVitamins and Doctor’s Pride Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa 10,000 mg (120 capsules) because the products may be contaminated with Salmonella, which can cause fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and potentially serious invasive infections in vulnerable populations. Consumers who have the affected products should not eat, sell or serve them and should stop using them immediately.
The affected products are packaged in white HDPE supplement bottles with smooth white caps containing 120 clear capsules filled with green moringa powder. The recalled lot code(s) are: TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa — Lot 2507199 (Exp. 09/2027), Lot 2512-304 (Exp. 02/2028), Lot 2793 (Exp. 02/2028) and Lot 2748 (Exp. 07/2027, newly added); Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa — Lot 2507199 (Exp. 09/2027) and Lot 2748 (Exp. 07/2027, newly added). These products have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target and through the companies’ websites, and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025 (sales dates provided as representative; consumers should verify purchase dates on receipts or retailer records).
Total Nutrition has ceased distribution and is working with the FDA and CDC while removal orders proceed across sales and fulfillment channels.
