Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Total Nutrition Inc. of Deer Park, N.Y., has expanded a voluntary recall of TNVitamins and Doctor’s Pride Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa 10,000 mg (120 capsules) because the products may be contaminated with Salmonella, which can cause serious illness. Consumers are urged to stop using the recalled capsules immediately and not to eat, sell, or serve them due to the risk of fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and more severe invasive infections in vulnerable individuals.
The recalled products are packaged in white HDPE supplement bottles with smooth white caps and 120 clear capsules containing green moringa powder and have been sold online and at select U.S. retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target and the companies’ websites, since Sept. 15, 2025. Affected lot code(s) include: TNVitamins Ultra Potent Complete Green Superfood Moringa 10,000 mg — lot code(s) 2507199 (exp. 09/2027), 2512-304 (exp. 02/2028), 2793 (exp. 02/2028), 2748 (exp. 07/2027), 2725 (exp. 04/2027, newly added) and 2503104 (exp. 04/2027, newly added); Doctor’s Pride Complete Green Superfood Ultra Potent Moringa 10,000 mg — lot code(s) 2507199 (exp. 09/2027), 2748 (exp. 07/2027) and 2725 (exp. 04/2027, newly added).
Consumers who have purchased these lot code(s) should dispose of the product or return it per retailer instructions and may request a refund or replacement by contacting TNVitamins at [email protected] with their name, order number and a photo showing the lot code(s). The company has ceased distribution of the identified lots and is coordinating with FDA and CDC on the investigation; for additional guidance or if unsure whether your product is affected, check the company or FDA recall notices online.
