Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Hearty Acquisitions Inc. of Brooklyn, N.Y., has recalled 16-ounce pints labeled “Tomato Basil With Rice” (lot code(s) 03222024, UPC 635508547872) because they have been found to contain Butternut Squash Bisque with undeclared soy, posing a risk of serious or life‑threatening allergic reaction to soy‑allergic consumers; consumers should stop using the product immediately and do not eat it. The company says no illnesses have been reported to date.

The affected product is sold in 16‑ounce clear plastic containers marked “Tomato Basil With Rice 3/22/2024” and lot code 03222024 on the top lid with an expiration date of 03/22/2024. The pints have been distributed online and at select U.S. retailers, including Food Garden Market, Windsor Market, Lincoln Market and Food Universe, and have been sold since March 22, 2024.
