Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — MG Foods of Charlotte has issued an expanded recall for three ready-to-eat turkey wrap products because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, a pathogen that can cause severe or fatal infections in young children, the elderly, pregnant women and people with weakened immune systems. Consumers are urged to stop eating the products immediately and to discard them or return them for a refund; do not taste or consume any remaining product.
The affected products and lot code(s) are: Fresh to You Deluxe Club Wrap (UPC/lot code MGF9814), MG Foods Roasted Turkey in a Tomato Basil Wrap (UPC/lot code 100000500057), and MG Foods The Club in a Spinach Wrap (UPC/lot code 100000500088), all packaged in clear plastic wedges with use-by date March 7, 2021. These items have been sold since March 3, 2021 and were distributed exclusively via vending machines and micro markets in business locations in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and West Virginia; the company reports that affected products were removed from sale at all locations as of March 5, 2021.
Consumers who purchased these products should discard them or return them to the place of purchase for a full refund, or contact MG Foods to request a refund or replacement.
