Raleigh, N.C., Jan. 14, 2026 — Motivate Me Ashley, LLC of San Antonio, Texas, has recalled VidaSlim dietary supplement products after FDA testing detected yellow oleander in samples, creating a risk of serious or fatal neurological, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular effects; consumers are advised to stop using the products immediately and not to eat them. Symptoms of exposure can include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain and heart rhythm changes.

The recall covers VidaSlim 90-day (Original Root, Root Plus, Root Capsules), VidaSlim 30-day (Original Root, Root Plus, Root Capsules), VidaSlim 7-day Sample Size (Original Root, Root Plus, Root Capsules), and VidaSlim Hot Body Brew (Strawberry and Peach). Affected lots are identified by expiration dates between 12/24 and 12/25; product packaging descriptions and lot code(s) are available from the company. These products have been sold online at vidaslim.com and through direct sales by independent distributors in the United States and have been sold since Sept. 15, 2025 (consumers should check packaging for exact lot code(s) and expiration dates to determine if their product is included).
