8. Spin and elevate
Your job is not done yet once you get your pizza in the oven. Please keep your eyes on the pizza, and turn it over as soon as the crust begins to develop at the bottom. When it's cooked evenly after that process, remember to transfer it to a baking rack rather than a flat surface — you don't want to ruin your masterpiece by flattening your crisp and crunchy crust on that!
