4. Nuts
Nuts are known to include a variety of nutrients, along with healthy fatty acids. B vitamins in almonds, pistachios, and walnuts may help lowering blood sugar and reducing stress. Pistachios and sunflower seeds even play a particular role in better anxiety management, for they're high in magnesium, selenium, zinc, and vitamin E, which are essential nutrients for mental health.
