For many people, being able to have such an honorable job is certainly a dream come true. However, Toebee was not satisfied. On April 1, 2020, Toebbe sent a package to a foreign government with instructions for establishing a "cooperation," a sample of restricted data, and info on how to purchase more restricted data. In the letter that came with the package, Toebee wrote: "I apologize for this poor translation into your language. Please forward this letter to your military intelligence agency. I believe this information will be of great value to your nation. This is not a hoax."
