Eggs
An average-sized egg contains 5 grams of fat, among which 4.51 grams comes from the egg yolk. Most fat digestion takes place into the small intestine, where most nutrients are already digested and get absorbed. In other words, fat remains in the digestive tract longer than other nutrients, so it can keep you feel fuller for a long time. Furthermore, an egg contains 7 grams of protein, among which 4 comes from the egg white. According to a 2016 meta-analysis that looked at 5 relevant studies on Pubmed, high-protein preload is associated with increased fullness comparing to low-protein preload.
