7. Ketchup
While many health-conscious people may have done so by focusing on main meals and drinks, few pay attention to the finer details like condiments. In fact, condiments like ketchup, which are readily available everywhere, are often deeply processed. As such, those industrial sugars and sodium can be hazardous to your cardiovascular health. Therefore, when you want to add ketchup to your dishes or fries, you may as well take the extra time to make your own ketchup! That way, you can also cut down on the sugar and salt and do a low sugar, low salt version.
