4. Lemon Garlic Shrimp

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter and olive oil. Add 1 lb. of medium, peeled, and deveined shrimp, 3 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of crushed red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp turns pink, for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, stir in remaining tablespoon of butter, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of dry white wine (or water), and parsley. Serve.
