4. Take Prebiotic Supplements
Prebiotics are dietary fibers that feed gut microbes. In addition to eating foods rich in fibers, one may also choose to take prebiotic supplements. But we do recommend prioritizing getting nutrients in the most natural form when possible, which is by eating plants themselves.
